Feather steak is a well-marbled cut known for its rich flavour and tender texture when cooked correctly. Best suited to quick, high-heat cooking or slow braising, it’s delicious when seared and served medium-rare, but that's up to you. For thicker cut steaks we would recommend resting the steak after cooking for between 10-20 minutes, and for thinner cuts for a minimum of 5-7 minutes.
All products will be delivered frozen. Please defrost in the fridge overnight and take out the fridge 30mins-1hour before cooking.
