Rolled brisket is renowned for its rich, beefy flavour. It comes from the chest area of the cow, which is well-exercised, resulting in robust and savoury meat. When cooked low and slow, Rolled Brisket becomes incredibly tender and succulent, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience - it's really great for a pot roast.
All products will be delivered frozen. Please defrost in the fridge overnight and take out the fridge 30mins-1hour before cooking.
