Rump steak is a flavourful and juicy cut, known for its firmer texture and rich beefy taste. It's best pan fried quickly over a high heat and served medium, but that's up to you! For thicker cut steaks we would recommend resting the steak after cooking for between 10-20 minutes.
All products will be delivered frozen. Please defrost in the fridge overnight and take out the fridge 30mins-1hour before cooking.
