About Cheyney's
Here at Cheyney’s we are driven by systems that harmonise human interactions with nature. It emphasises collaboration, resource-sharing, and sustainable practices to create resilient, self-reliant, and inclusive communities. We believe that by fostering local food production, waste reduction, and meaningful connections, it enriches both the environment and community well-being simultaneously.
We like to use existing packaging that we've received our veg in for supplying our veg boxes, which can be recycled by you. Occasionally we may use a plastic crate which you can simply return to us to be reused. Our eggs are packaged in cardboard trays, and we simply ask you to return them for reuse too.

The benefits of buying local
Local food supports local economies. Food grown in the local community supports local jobs and encourages variety in our diets. It also requires less transportation, so it's fresher and has a smaller environmental footprint.
We’ve been getting veg from Cheyney’s which has been grown just up the road from us. Both the quality and the service is fantastic. We can’t wait to start using their eggs too! Oh, and they’re ‘very nice people to do with business with’!
