Flat iron steak is renowned for its tenderness, despite being from the tougher shoulder region of the cow. It got a robust beefy flavour with a slightly pronounced grain. It has a rich, meaty taste that satisfies steak lovers' palates, making it an excellent choice for grilling or pan-searing.
Flat Iron steaks are recommended to be served medium rare, but that's up to you!
For thinner cut steaks we would recommend resting the steak after cooking for a minimum of 5-7 minutes
All products will be delivered frozen. Please defrost in the fridge overnight and take out the fridge 30mins-1hour before cooking.
