Topside is a lean cut that comes from the top of the cow's rear-end. It works so well slow cooked as the long cooking times break down the meat, and it literally melts in your mouth as you eat it. It offers a mild, beefy flavor that is well-suited to a variety of seasonings and marinades.
All products will be delivered frozen. Please defrost in the fridge overnight and take out the fridge 30mins-1hour before cooking.
