Short ribs are prized for their intense beefy flavor, which comes from the combination of meat, fat, and connective tissue. They have a deep, savoury taste that develops beautifully during cooking, making them ideal for braising, slow cooking, or roasting. How ever you choose to cook them, low and slow are the important things to remember! When cooked properly, short ribs become incredibly tender, almost falling off the bone. They are a definite favourite here at Cheyney's!
All products will be delivered frozen. Please defrost in the fridge overnight and take out the fridge 30mins-1hour before cooking.
